Return exchanges

Delivery
We deliver primarily to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland (with the exception of PO Box and freight forwarding addresses). With all queries regarding international deliveries and returns please email us on hi@cleverstein.com.
Standard Delivery – FREE for ALL orders within UK.
We expect your package to arrive within June 1-5, 2019 period across the UK.
Express Delivery – £8
For all pre-orders we expect your package to arrive between May 27-31, 2019 across the UK.
Returns
Shoes
We believe all of our shoes should meet the high standards of our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund unworn items within 30 days (from the day the goods were delivered to you).
We provide a free returns service for shoes delivered within the UK. Please contact us* no later than 25 days after the goods were delivered to you so that we can send you a return shipment barcode. Please let us know if you wish to have an EXCHANGE or a REFUND.
Please re-use the postage box the items arrived in ensuring there is adequate packing to protect the contents. Please attach the return shipment barcode label to the top of the box. Ensure you cover the original delivery label. Take your parcel to any Post Office counter no later than 28 days after the goods were delivered to you. At the Post Office you will be issued with a receipt which should be kept in a safe place until you receive your refund.
Allow at least 5 working days for the package to reach us.
Refunds are usually processed via the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
Accessories
We believe all of our accessories should meet the high standards of our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unworn items within 30 days (from the day the goods were delivered to you). This is offered FREE of charge within the UK where the accessories purchase is equal to or over £100. Accessories must have original labels attached.
Please contact us* no later than 25 days after the goods were delivered to you so that we can send you a return shipment barcode (free returns only). Please let us know if you wish to have an EXCHANGE or a REFUND.

If, having worn an item, it develops a fault we would like to know about it. Please contact us by email to discuss your options.
*To cancel your entire contract with us, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model cancellation form set out in the box below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

We will refund your original order in full within 14 days of the entire order being back in our possession or (if earlier) evidence being provided confirming the order has been returned.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
